A big thank you to Ahmed Abdelmoez at McDonald’s!
Today, I had an issue while placing my order at the self-service machine. When I tried to pay, the first transaction was declined, so I tried again, and it went through. But then I noticed that both payments were actually approved by my bank. I spoke to one of the staff members to explain the situation, and he was incredibly helpful and caring from the start. He reassured me that the money would be refunded and told me not to worry. Not only that, but he took my order himself to make sure it came out faster, and even followed up about the refund while handing me the food. I asked him his name: Ahmed Abdelmoez, and found out he’s the shift manager or supervisor. He was working as hard as anyone, maybe even more. He’s truly a kind, respectful, and decent human being. Thanks to him, what started as a stressful moment turned into a really positive experience. The food was super fresh and absolutely delicious too. I’m genuinely thankful for his support, it made a bad day much better. I hope this message reaches him, because he truly deserves the recognition.
