This was a horrible experience.. We started with a waiting list and then I found the table was ready for awhile and no one called our name when I asked the guy if our table is ready he said yes yes you can sit now, then we asked for a baby chair they said no baby chairs available they are only three and we cannot help unless someone leave they have zero customer service and how to deal with the guests they even didn’t smile to our faces as any respectable restaurant.. the disaster was when we ordered steak and this was a surprise that the piece is horrible and very small, when we called the waiter and said what is this it’s very small we are ordering the jumbo piece, he said no this is just a name and this is how the piece looks like we told them it’s not our first time to eat here and order the same thing but he said while we cook the steak size shrink so I said no I cook steak and we always order it here, and the sides are very mid the food is almost bad. The widest thing that the waiter didn’t take our negotiation serious and left the table without even saying any good excuse for having a plate with such price and the size is that small.. the last thing we took our food take away he came with all the orders in one bag while we were four people on the table and we found all the sauces dropped and when we objected this he called the manager and the manager kept on mocking on us, such a rude person and they know nothing about the customer service and how to handle a guest.. Not worth the price.. It won’t make you throw up but it’ll make u wonder why u came here. Small portioned meat. Read moreWe visited Sizzler yesterday (Jun 15th, 2024) with friends for the 1st time upon recommendation and it will surely be the last time, although the food was excellent and presented in a very professional way. Compliments to the Chefs! Unfortunately it could not take away the bitter taste we got from the lousy and sloppy service. We had to wait FOR ONE AND A HALF HOUR to get our Cordon Bleu and Chicken Parmesan despite the fact there were plenty of staff!! Not only that - but many people who came way after us had their food within a reasonable time span in front of them!!
We asked three times where our order was and why people who came long after us got served already and got the non-sensical answer "just a minute". After the 3rd time my husband got up, went to the 4 or 5 employees in suits who were standing all the time near the entrance blabbering and demanded to see the manager after pointing out that we've been waiting for 1,5 hours! First, one of them disputed the time span, then - after checking our order - he agreed, yet refused to call the manager for whom my husband asked!! Lo and behold - we got our dinner finally at 8.35. That we had to ask 3 times for a 2nd bottle of water is not even an issue anymore.
Frankly - as much as we enjoyed the nice seating and ultimately the tasty food ... we don't intend to come back. Maybe - if someone of the senior staff would have had the courtesy and decency to utter something like an apology or at least a word of regret but not even that! You'd do a good service to the restaurant's name if you'd check where in the production/service line the many mistakes are, eliminate them and train your senior staff. Read moreI would like to share my complete satisfaction with the dish I had. I have ordered a Grilled Fillet with Creamy Mushroom Pepper sauce. My sides were sauteed vegetables and fries. Where can I start? I have never experienced a full satisfaction with every single ingredient in that way before. Let me start with the fillet mignon itself, the medium-well steak was delicious, very lightly marinated and covered with the mushroom pepper sauce. Now that sauce was spectacular! Starting with the ground pepper itself, which i have never understood what a fresh spice is until i tasted this one. It is REALLY fresh! Same thing applies to the mushrooms which are perfectly cooked. Let's move on to the sides which should be normal sauté and fries, but really, they were not normal. The sauté was perfect, not overcooked nor undercooked. The spices used were also very fresh like the rosemary and thyme. The fries were also beautifully crispy and soft at the same time.
