This review for the 2024 Ramadan buffet: Tasteless and low-quality sushi

I went again: Although the restaurant was vacant and didn’t have any jam.

*Firstly they gave us all their menus and the premium menus and didn't give us the combos menu and I had to ask for it since it’s not my first time. Maybe they forgot it, anyway, their combos aren’t good offers, nothing fancy included.

*So, I ordered a combo offer from a third-party application offers. In general, their sushi is just ordinary medium-quality sushi and doesn’t deserve their prices or all the propaganda. Firstly, it had 2 salmon nigiri pieces in it and they checked the combo before I ordered it instead they served me shrimp nigiri, but I told them and they changed them. Secondly, the hot lemon pieces had too much coating and weren’t made properly, also, some piece had salmon on it for 4 pieces, they gave me the fourth one with just a dot of salmon, it seemed the piece they had for my order didn’t finish my 4 pieces so they just put in the dot, but thankfully that I am dining in not a delivery, I told them also and they changed it with the nigiri change too. It was an unprofessional way to serve but maybe since it was an offer, they didn’t care enough, but again thankfully I was dining in!

Lastly, we ordered their supposedly fancy tom yum seafood noodles soup, they even recommended it as the best. It was just burning water with no flavor the Korean ramen from the supermarket tastes better and the Egyptian traditional red seafood soup tastes way better, and I am not talking about the spiciness of it, I live on spicy food!! But it just hurt the stomach of the one who ate it and who had to go to the bathroom multiple times!!

I won’t be trying Mori Sushi again, and the funny thing is all the influencers who come and advertise for it, no wonder it...

Actually what happened first time to be faced by me The quality of sushi was average and below than average for mori and I didn’t comment My experience was Friday 20 December at about 7 pm mall Arab When paying the pill the waiter before finishing insisted in a very silly way from us to put a review with 5 star on google and capture it with his mobile camera !!!!!!!! And says that the manager who order him to do that The experience for sushi was not good for us with low quality and we said that it my be once but by this strange attitude from waiter I would never give another chance for mori by the way at same time 2 customers complain also from their bad experience with the quality of sushi For manager plz revise your cameras for what happened and if u want I can...

I decided to try Mori Sushi’s Iftar buffet after seeing a video showcasing an amazing experience, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment.

Despite making a reservation and paying a deposit in advance, the staff acted like we had no booking, even though we had a confirmation email. They were rude and dismissive, eventually seating us outside in the cold with no urgency to set up a heater.

As for the buffet itself—absolutely awful. The food quality was terrible, with barely any variety. It was mostly rice with a few rolls, one type of noodles, and a single salad. No sashimi, no actual fish—just a poor excuse for a sushi buffet.

The staff was unhelpful from start to finish, and the entire experience was nothing like the hype they created online. Will never...
