Sizzler Steak House (Mall Of Arabia) — Restaurant in Giza

I went there with my father at 3 pm The waitress was very unprofessional when ordering I ordered a medium rare steak and they gave me a completely RAW steak it was just slightly seared When I told the waitress he harassed me and told me that I know nothing about steaks and this is how all restaurants serve it Lucky I’ve had countless steaks in my life so I knew exactly that it was NOT acceptable for a steak to be served that way And I showed him a picture of a medium rare steak from previous restaurant but he wasn’t convinced until he searched “medium rare steak” in google He angrily took the plate and after 20 minutes gave me the same plate with cold fries The steak was BURNT TO HELL

And after all of that They took 14% tax And 12% “service” Although the new law is to include the tax in the prices shown They “stole” 26% of the bill… Im not mad about the money… if they stated the prices with honesty I wouldn’t complain And I always tip the waitress in every restaurant But this experience was truly the worst I’ve...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the staff were shockingly rude and completely lacked professionalism. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them.

Simple questions were met with eye rolls or dismissive attitudes, and at one point, a staff member even raised their voice.There was zero sense of hospitality — something you’d expect at even the most basic dining establishment.

It’s a shame, because the place has potential, but the attitude and behavior of the staff completely ruined the experience. If management doesn’t take steps to properly train their team in basic customer service, I can’t imagine this place retaining loyal...

Quality is great, portions are greater, tastes are very delicious, sauces add multiple perspectives to the food, and prices considering all of the above are reasonable. Most of the dishes can be shared to get the opportunity to taste more and get more feelings. STARTERS AND Salads can be enough if u are not hungry that much to leave space for deserts and sweets. Happiness is made here. If you go into a hunger game, add a main dish and forget for any home food this day. Dare you to take your breath after all this if you can.
