Faced today with a weird situation @Dara's @Northed Zahra. The Cashier asked me for a 85 EGP yet he refused to give me a receipt!! I insisted to receive the receipt and once handed to me I found a receipt for only 76.82 EGP and claimed that the rest is tax which even doesn't make sense. If we even added a 14% VAT the total won't be 85 EGP!! Shame on you guys. Receipt attached.

The usual awesome ice cream.. but just as sweet were the staff! We were helped by Abdullah osman & Ali gomaa, both were wonderful and took the time to give us a great experience, including a side chat! Just to add a cherry on top, the “brown nose” coffee was fantastic.. Great way to break a long journey ..
