Capital Grill — Restaurant in New Cairo City

The place is not on a main street, but the management has done a great effort with direction signs from almost any direction near by, so getting there will not be a problem. The menu is diverse with a slight twist, less options than similar competitors, but introducing new items, with new style. The layout of the restaurant is typical, but clear and organized, and the staff are professional. The soup was not wow. We have tried 2 chicken main courses; the Italian chicken and the Cordon Blu, both were very nicely cooked and with satisfying portions. What I liked most was the sides, really liked the gratin potatoes and gratin rice. What an incredibly wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was top notch and I enjoyed the atmosphere while my daughter got to play in the kids area. This was our 3rd time to this restaurant, we came to Egypt for vacation in January and visited twice then. All three times we amazing but what made this one the most special was they remembered who we were. Now we are living in Cairo so we will be able to visit a lot more. The tomato soup was the best I’ve had with lemon and croutons. And the chicken Mac and cheese was a new experience with a wonderful sauce.
