A total scam!!

They posted an offer on their instagram page and i messaged them to check if it is valid and was told it is. Went to the store literally an hour later to find out that it does not exist. A waste of time. Not worth the drive.

1- I was given prices on the Instagram direct messages and when I went there, the prices were different.

2- I went for a specific item and asked about it on Instagram and was given the price only to find out it has been out of stock for a while.

3- The instagram ad said ‘30% discount on all products’ and in store they said that this only applies if you reach a minimum spending (which was no where stated on their social media).

4- Found a couple of items that I liked that met their discount eligibility. At the cashier I was told that the offer only applies to cash payments.

5- After going to an ATM to withdraw cash and heading back to the store, I found that one of the items had a defect which they said could be fixed and I can get it the next day. I clearly asked if the offer would apply the next day (since they change offers every day) and was assured that it will.

6- Went back the next day to find that the defect was not fixed and they made me wait 45 minutes. When I finally got it, at the cashier I was told that the offer no longer applies and I have to pay full price.

7- When I asked the staff that assured me the night before that I would be paying the discounted price (since I was waiting for the defect to be fixed) he said that there was nothing he could do about it.

Such a shame that a store with such good items is a fraud.

I was at the cashier to pay at the beginning he told us that sorry we take only cash after discussion he told us okay I will as the head office but you can’t buy these two items with visa as they are from the outlet section and you have to pay in cash, when we told him that you didn’t highlight this in the store or even on social media he told okay you can call the head office and tell them your complain and I can tell them also, finally please you have to highlight that you don’t accept visa and please highlight the sale items and for sure you have to hire a better team that can communicate with customers I left the items and it was the first time for me to visit your store and I promise it would be the last time and off course i will tell all my friends to not visit your store as you have some issues that you need to fix before...

I found an item that i liked on instagram so i sent them if it’s available and once they replied at 10 am that IT IS AVAILABLE AND ALSO SENT ME THE PRICE DETAILS AND TO ONLY COME AND GET IT FROM STORE AND NO DELIVERY i went at 12 once they opened, however i found i found only one piece displayed and they refused to sell it as it’s only for display. I talked to several people and everyone had a different story, one said that it is sold out few days ago while they just sent me a while ago that it was available And the second one said they don’t even have it on their system as it was never for sale and that it’s the marketing team issue! They wasted my time and energy and i would never go there again whether it’s me or my friends as they could have just sold it but they chose to be rude and...
