I have been there in 2011 and now in 2021 again. This place is really beautyful, you can find there white sand. But the trip organisation has changed. Maybe because of the lack of tourists due to the corona, or its the matter of company who provides the trip.... In 2011 we had a big lunch there, and soft drinks were for free. Now we had luch at the boat (amd i think nobody had food there) and you had to pay for all drinks... 5 dollars for juice was funny... but ok. And also the snorcheling stops were much longer. Anyway, its a beautiful place to go, and its combined with snorchling at...

Horryble experience : I arrived by boat and the first thing they do is take all you water bottles ( to protect the beach from trash). Next you stay in line for 30 minutes so you cand buy something to drink only to get scammed at the price while haggling and then robbed when trying to pay because they don't have money to pay you the difference. Best to bring Egyptian pounds in small bancnote The water is shallow for a long way in The island is just desert, nothing to see The wood structure is nice but...
