This is a sincere review about our experience. I’ll try to break it down but ultimately this review is due to the poor customer service. The coffee plantation itself was really nice. It was a great experience to see firsthand the coffee beans process. We scheduled a private tour that turned out to be a shared private tour with other folks. Our tour guide, Abigail + company, were late over 40 minutes. We had people in our group that needed to use the restrooms, to what Abigail said she did not have the keys to the restroom so she told us to use the employees bathroom. Unfortunately there is a lot of room for improvement regarding the tour delivery. Abigail’s English was not good, and we had non-Spanish speakers in the group. Once again, part of the tour got chopped because she had no keys to the storage room. The coffee tasting was great, we really enjoyed that part. However, it would be great if they had better ventilation and offer some water at the tasting room. Another thing was, Abigail was told we did NOT want to participate in the cupping part, and yet she charged us for it. That was very questionable. Abigail said the tour was gonna be shorten up, but it lasted way past three hours, plus the waiting time for them to arrive. Total let down. Overall, I would not recommend this coffee plantation for tours in English. Let alone the tardiness and other issues. There are better options out there.

Wonderful afternoon at the coffee farm! We arrived without prior contact and were received with open arms. The owner's son, Rafael, was very friendly and told us all about the history of their family farm. Our guide Abigail was informative and kind. Tasting the coffee was a great ending to a great tour. Many thanks and highly recommended! Excellent way to get to know the coffee culture and see how a family business conquers the world with their price-winning products! The tour truly was great value for money.

This beautiful roaster offers an extensive tour of how they produce their coffee from start to finish. The staff here are incredibly sweet, and knowledgeable and treat you with the utmost respect. Ideally, it is best to call and schedule a tour, my family and I happen to stumble upon this place and the young lady was soo kind and provided us with a tour despite not coordinating a time for the tour. If you have the opportunity to visit this beautiful roaster please do! You won’t be disappointed.

It was very, very hard to get a tour in this finca but luckily we managed to organise it thanks to our persistence.

The communication has definitely room for improvement. On their very nicely designed webpage you can find information about the tours and fill in a form to request a visit. I filled in the form on Friday afternoon. Some hours later, I got a reply in my email asking about the language preference of the tour. However on the form they don't ask you about the date & time of the tour. I thought that this information would follow. But it didn't. I didn't hear back from them and the conversation didn't continue. Over the weekend I sent a few follow-up emails to the same address that asked me about the language preference. No reply.

On Monday we still had free time to do the tour and we sent them a DM on Instagram. And we received a message very quickly! After a few messages we were offered a tour on Tuesday afternoon in English or on the same day 1.5h later in Spanish! As we had other plans on Tuesday we were ready to go immediately and it was GREAT! Jessica showed us around and did an excellent job of explaining all the processes and replying to our questions! The tour was definitely worth it although our Spanish is not so good. She was very friendly and explained everything in a way for us to really understand.

I really hope that they improve their communication or make it more clear how...
