This location is absolutely breathtaking! From the moment we arrived, I was completely captivated by the stunning view. The landscape was dotted with vibrant colors and unique natural features, making it feel like I had stepped right into a postcard.

The host played a huge role in making my experience truly memorable. He was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. Not only was he warm and welcoming, but he also offered invaluable local recommendations for hidden gems in the area, including charming cafés and scenic hiking trails that I may not have discovered on my own. His personal touches definitely enhanced my overall experience.

There are plenty of roadside choices overlooking Lake Ilopango and while I didn’t stop at all of them, this was by far my favorite. I stopped for a coffee, lingered for lunch, stuck around for dinner and stayed all night! The owner is welcoming and friendly as are all the staff (special shout out to Jessica). The grounds are a visual joy to wander, plenty of decks to sit and admire the view and hammocks to nap in. The food and service alone are worth the drive, the view and accommodations unforgettable. I will definitely be stopping here again....
