I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Las Tres Piedras, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views of both the lake and the surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning natural scenery.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A special shoutout to the young man at the front desk who was incredibly kind and helpful when we checked in, making us feel welcome right away.

The next morning, we were heading to a doctor’s office we had found on Google Maps, and the young lady at the front desk asked if we needed any help. She noticed that we didn’t speak Spanish and went out of her way to check whether we needed an appointment. When she found out we did, she graciously called the office and scheduled one on our behalf. Her thoughtfulness and willingness to help truly made a difference for us.

In addition to the wonderful staff, the hotel restaurant is also a highlight. It offers a good range of delicious food, and the views from the restaurant are just as beautiful as the rest of the hotel. You can enjoy a meal while gazing out at the lake and mountains.

This level of service and beauty is something I won’t forget. I highly recommend Hotel Las Tres Piedras for its stunning location, delicious food, and outstanding...

Our experience here was the worst we probably ever had in a Hotel. We arrived around 11:00 pm. There was no front desk staff available to help or answer questions. Only an older men who lives at the property (I’m not sure) he walked us to our room. Be careful if once you are going down because there’s not hand reels and trees roots are sticking of the cement floor and you might trip over.

They didn’t provide us with WIFI password or anything and Signal here is really bad.

Once we come into our room the room was dusty and seemed like they didn’t cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathroom sink and floor was dirty. There were small death bugs all over the floor. There a huge spider in the wall. We got dirty towels. There were yellow stains on the towels they left in the room. And the same toiled paper that was left from the previous guest was still there. The pool was dirty.

Make sure your bring your own blanket because it gets cold and they only provide and tiny blanket not even a comforter like other hotels. We ended up canceling our other night and asked for a refund.

The view is beautiful but not worth paying about $100 to sleeping with bugs. This place has a lot of potencial but needs better organization. If you are a hotel with more than 5 Rooms you do need someone...

This was an amazing vacation! The location is remote so if you are looking for a more relaxed get away, this is where you need to be! Even with some language barriers, the service was amazing! Ernesto is very thorough and friendly! He will do what he can to make sure your stay is enjoyable, even if your request is slightly unconventional. I wanted Mamey Sapote that grows on the property but there werent any ripe yet so he arranged for me to get it! We got the stay that included daily breakfast and the food was amazing!! We onmy ate at Las Tres Piedras for dinner once and the food was really good. They make the baguettes fresh daily and use herbs that they grow on the property. The orange juice is fresh squeezed, upon order.

Because this location is in the moddle of the forest, bring comfortable walking shoes! They provide bug spray which is very helpful. The property is very hilly so be mindful of that!

We did the guided buggy tour down to the lake and it was amazing. Carlos is a great guide. Every time qe went to the city, we called on Juan Carlos and he is reliable and punctual.

This stay was absolutely beautiful and we will most likely return. Thank you Tres Piedras for the wonderful experience. Tour guide: Carlos Consierge:...

My Family and I stayed at Las Tres Piedras and loved it for the most part. Getting there is pretty easy from San Salvador, once off the freeway the drive up to Las Tres Piedras is pretty but through some narrow and windy roads not too crazy! The views are breathtaking. Our only suggestion is that if access and mobility is an issue or you dislike stairs and ramps - that you request a room close to the reception/car parking area. The restaurant portion of Las Tres Piedras has amazing food (the Pupusa’s in particular), but all the food and drinks we tried was great. The wait staff Balmore, Carlos and Oscar were only too happy to assist with our requests. It is a really well run business and if we can make some suggestions it is to ensure sufficient towels, drinks are provided for the number of patrons. Additional, towels to use for the pool and spa, some additional side tables and hooks and coat hangers. Finally, if gaps at door and window junctions could be filled to prevent air and insects entering would be another benefit. Great job team, keep up the great work and we look forward to our next stay with you and we’ll let our friends know about your business!
