I didn't expect this place to be as far up the mountain as it was. However, it turned out to be a great setting with a cooler breeze and wonderful surroundings.

A group of us came and were able to find seating right away. This service here was decent. They forgot a few drinks. The food however was quite tasty. I tried the " tortilla soup " and I enjoyed it quite a bit. The chunks of cheese and guacamole added to the great flavor. The side order of tortilla chips that you can put in are the right amount.

I also had an order of chicharron & Yuca. I've really come to love chicharron in El Salvador and I try and order it every time. They were huge portions and cooked really well. The Yuka was also cooked very well and tasted quite good. This might have been an order to share between two people as I could not finish all of it!

The rest of the table had pupusas and they were really good. Some of the best my family said on this trip.

The environment is a little chaotic. It's usually quite full and there are live bands on the weekends. Made the conversation a little difficult to carry. Also there are dogs running around on the inside. Looking for leftovers. So know that before you come in!

Fantastic prices however, would...

I really wanted to love this place. It’s absolutely gorgeous, the food & prices are great, and service is average. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the excessive amount of street dogs inside the restaurant. Multiple dogs would walk under our table, put their heads on our laps begging for food, fighting with each other and doing “x” rated things under our tables- next to our legs. I understand that having dogs enter the restaurant may be hard to control since it’s an outdoor spot, but staff did not seem to care; they would simply walk around the dogs or look at them while the dogs did all these things. Not once did a staff member try to intervene. We’ve been to other restaurants in San Salvador with the same problem, but the staff would walk around to assure that dogs would not bother customers. That was not the case at Casa Campo. Unfortunately, the negative experience with the dogs outweighed the beautiful restaurant & food. We won’t...

I went to this restaurant twice! The food and drinks are very well priced! Great quality, generous portions. Good service, a bit more attention from the service staff, towards the end of the meal could be appreciated. Some chairs were a bit too close to the edge of the outside patio, making some of our erderly members a bit nervous. We were a group of 7, order the parrillada for 2 and 4, I highly recommend this option for groups. It comes with a plethora of choices, beef, chicken, pork, artisan sausages, and accompaniments. The food was tasty, well seasoned, freshly cooked, and abundant. Enough to take some of the...

We went here for breakfast, around 10:00 am on a Sunday and it was very busy. If you want to pick and choose your seats, I recommend getting there a bit earlier. We had some pupusas, and they were really good. Their curtido was somewhat different from what we've tried elsewhere, but in a good way 😁. We enjoyed the service, and everything was fast despite being busy. The food was fresh and well made. I would probably recommend you come from lunch as they have more options. But overall, it's a good experience.

Came with my husband for típicos. I order one torreja, one order of nuegados de yuca and also an order of plátanos en miel. The torreja was way too greasy same as the nuegados. The only good one were the plátanos. My husband didn’t want to eat he order couple beers and side dish or chicharrones. There were not chicharrones those are pieces of fried pork meat. The service it’s really bad even do they aren’t busy since we came around 3pm. Very disappointed since the place it’s beautiful and harmonic.
