Café La Casona: The parking was not a problem, but because it wasn’t busy. The place is very nice! The food is good, the portioning is okay, and if one wants to value it by how much each plate costs, it gives me mixed feeling. Lastly, the service was not bad. They are just not very attentive.

I ordered a V60 and I thought they would bring it with the complete set but it was just a cup. The coffee was very good. The waiter did not give any information about the different coffees they had even though I had expressed my interest.llIn the end, it was a shame because I wanted to buy something to take home, but after thinking about it all, I...

To expensive. They charged me $2.50 for one extra scrambled egg. Service gas ok sometimes is good sometimes they forget about you. Too many other options out there. I ended up spending 20 dollars for breakfast that included a dish that didn’t have egg and a capuchino only at a hotel buffet I had paid that in the past or even in the San Benito area. The place also has complicated parking but if you get there early is possible to park in a weird spot bring a small car. Breakfast is good but nothing I can’t find cheaper somewhere else. The choosing tortillas versus bread is...

The staff is rude and insensitive. This is not the place to visit if you are a tourist. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone with brown skin. I attempted to visit this restaurant with my spouse and 3 children. After we were seated, the entire wait staff gathered in a group to stare and laugh at us. It was unbelievable. We have visited many other restaurants in El Salvador and we were not treated this way. These people are ignorant and insensitive to other cultures. To say the least, we were disgusted and decided to leave. Not friendly...

Cute looking place. Nice decorations, but let's get to the most important part, the food. I found it to be bland, it did not have any special taste that left you wanting more. The prices are on the high side, and a small cup of chocolate sells for $3.75. A small slice of quesadilla sells for $4.75. I guess these prices would be acceptable for a different kind of neighborhood, but not here. I will be amazed if this business last more than a year. Either way, good luck. San Martin is a much better choice.

Visited November 2024. Just getting the chance to review. We found this restaurant by chance when driving back to our Airbnb. Located on the corner. Parking is street. Can be tough to find. But it was early. Not much in the way of vegetarian. I had a pupusa. It was good. Plantains. My daughter had an empanada which was a bit dry. My husband had some kind of wrap. It wasn’t good. Horchata was unusual. They also had coffee to take home. We purchased few bags.

Beautiful place Very bad service. After the people made mistakes in the orders they had the audacity to be annoyed about it and roll their eyes when i just walked up to them to ask where the bathroom was. I’ve been 3 weeks visiting all kind of places in El Salvador. First time I have a bad service Also makes no sense to make a menu if most of products are unavailable
