Mack Bar-B-Que, Rocca al Mare — Restaurant in Tallinn

I visited with my family, and the experience was generally disappointing. Despite the pleasant play area, the service was unpleasant and unprofessional. Initially, we sat down at a table that hadn't been cleaned, despite there being a clean one nearby. The server reprimanded us, stating that the chosen table would soon be reserved and suggested we sit at another table. We changed of course but the manner she was talking to us was very rude. Additionally, the server kicked toys out of the way as she passed, whereas another server approached the situation more calmly. Upon discovering a hair in our food, the server didn't apologize but simply said the hair was from somewhere and went to investigate in the kitchen. When paying the bill, we noticed we were charged for the dish with the hair. Upon inquiring about it, the server explained that they have blondes in the kitchen and the hair was red, and they don't know where it came from. The kitchen unfortunately does not care about the food that they are sending out so the restaurant is suffering in turn. The "Sizzling" prawns with chili and lime were disappointing. 16€ for 7 soft and tasteless prawns is way too much to ask for. We had also ordered a margarita pizza with bacon, which costed roughly 23€, and came out oily, also tasteless and just overall very disappointing. It was more of ingredients mashed together on a dough and less of what a pizza is supposed to be. Maybe the kitchen has forgotten that seasoning exists but the clients have not.

We have also had some dine-in a few months ago and I had the "Our famous bbq ribs" that were essentially just microwave warmed up and then plastered with a bbq sauce. The sauce on top was cold and gave just "sugary" taste to the ribs because it was just put on top of the meat. Additionally i ordered beans on the side and was served canned heinz catfood.

Caesar burger was an interesting take on a famous salad. It's interesting for sure but I don't think it worked as well. Chicken used as a patty was juicy and tender but really lacked flavour. Mayonnaise and vegetables managed to complement that to some degree. Bun was excellent, very soft and tasty.

Their New York cheesecake was amazing but quite expensive.
