Wow. This place is a hidden gem. The food is seriously good. Very fresh ingredients prepared and presented at the very highest culinary level. Every course was an absolute treat to see how it would appear and taste. This place is special and incomparable to anything else I've had in Estonia. The combinations of ingredients in the dishes are unique and clearly the head chef is passionate about the menu. The service was also impeccable. Friendly and professional. It used to be a nice cosy place until they started charging 2 euros for a glass of tap water (a glass of tap water!). This one single thing put off visiting Weis again. Prices are above average which is ok to pay as the food is nice. However charging extra for already paying guest seems a joke. Besides not a kids/parents friendly place. It was a wonderful experience. We have been there before a year ago and both times we really enjoyed our time there. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is always fresh and delicious.
