I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kuriftu Resorts at Entoto Park, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived until the time of my departure, I was thoroughly impressed with the resort's offerings, including the food, play grounds, and overall service.

The resort's dining options surpassed my expectations. The variety of dishes available was impressive, and each meal was prepared with care and attention to detail. Whether it was the delicious local cuisine or international delicacies, every bite was a delight to the taste buds. The culinary team at Kuriftu Resorts truly knows how to deliver a remarkable dining experience.

When we arrived, there were only two other occupied tables, which made the atmosphere feel quiet but also somewhat lacking in energy. The prices here are noticeably higher compared to restaurants in Addis Ababa’s city centre. Because of this, we decided to order only a small dish—chicken wings.

The portion was disappointing, with just four small wings priced at 396 Birr net. After adding tax and service charges, the total came to 500 Birr (around 4 Euros), which felt overpriced given the portion size and the average taste of the food.

That said, the service was a highlight. The waitress was kind and attentive, offering us free bread even though we ordered only a small dish. This thoughtful gesture made the experience feel a bit more worthwhile.

Another positive was the toilet, which was relatively clean and acceptable—a rarity in some places. In fact, this was one of the reasons we chose to stop here for a quick snack.

Police Harassment leveling up gate to room reception made me feel like am on a death trip! It was my first time going to entoto branch and i ended up at the wrong gate. Officer at the gate said am on the wrong gate but he will let me pass if he gets a tip advising me it will be far if I didn't and chose to go around so I did! 2,after driving for few minute 2 other officers reached into the car harassing asked where am going, I replied to the reception again they tried to get some money but I denied and they let me pass.💥3rd almost got me wrestled to the ground! The same officers at the second stop waited for me till i decide to go grab some shorts and shoe off the hotel. Its was dark and I was trying to drive out when the same police stop me and told me I can't leave! I asked why and they replied they need my ID aggressively so I panicked since it was dark and I felt like they waited on me for revenge since I didn't tip them earlier! Long story short...I gave my US passport which saved me but still he threw it on my face...saying American! I wonder what would happen if I dont have my passport or if it was just me in the car,or poor local 🤔! I left nd didn't return...
