Amrogn Chicken (CMC) — Restaurant in Addis Ababa

I’m a regular customer at Amrogn Chicken, and usually, I love the food and service. But at the CMC branch, I had a deeply disappointing experience that ruined my entire visit.

After dining, I politely asked a waitress named Mekdes where the restroom was. She completely ignored me and walked away. When I asked again, she shouted at me aggressively in front of everyone. I calmly asked her why she was yelling, and instead of apologizing, she kept raising her voice and gossiping about me to the other waiters.

I reported this to the manager, but I didn’t feel like it was taken seriously. This is NOT the kind of staff a company like Amrogn Chicken deserves. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and more respect. This kind of attitude lowers the reputation of the whole brand.
