SO happy there is a great Thai restaurant in Addis. Food was delicious (stir fry and fried rice). Decor and vibe in the tiny spot were great—expansion plans sound exciting, too. Chef Solomon is as great a conversationalist as he is a cook. Love his commitment to using authentic ingredients. Looking forward to trying the scratch-made green...

I went to So - Thai for Iftar during Ramadan, not only did the chef and waitress take care of everything and bring us out our food on time, but the friendly owner also drove out to buy us some dates and sweets.

Food was fantastic, the perfect amount of spicy, and the location is calm and comforting.

Fantastic Thai food prepared fresh. The menu is simple - stir fry, fried rice, or Pad Thai. Beef, chicken, or veggie/tofu. With or without a fried egg (definitely get the egg!). The restaurant is tiny, so space is a premium but it adds to the atmosphere. It’s great to have a new Thai...
