Burgerizza — Restaurant in Addis Ababa

If I could give it less than 1 I would... This was my first worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Customer service doesn't even exist. We didn't have a waiter come to us for 15 minutes.... We had to go and ask a waiter to take our order...one of them literally ignored us while we were talking to him. He served our order one by one each with a five minute interval. The portions were too small or maybe it was because we got hungry while we waited for more than 45 minutes! They kept saying the system was down which can't be a reason since people who came in after us got their orders first. This is a place I'd never go to willingly. Hopefully the manager came to us to review it and the waiter was a bit fast after she talked to him. At least we'll see some...

First time eating burgers that came with mini pizza in place of buns. Was a bit confusing really lol. Also ordered a Hawaiian, not so great, came with pesto on it. Sometimes less is more honestly. So the burger may have done better with an actual bun perhaps. I do love the fresh approach though. Ample parking builds into the restaurant space like a 1960's milkshake joint in the U.S., this is nice. Bathrooms seem to have been abandoned like an outhouse however, there are no attendants and so the stalls aren't so clean or inviting....

The customer service was terrible. The waitress literally come and spill the food all over the table, everytime they come they were aggressive, mean, harsh plus not welcoming at all. We waited for them to come and even go and call them. The chips was the only thing that was atleast not bad. And mind ya'll we are paying for customer service! If there was any rate below zero for the customer service I would have given them. Even after we pay they want to drag us out! I don't recommend anyone at all...
