YA Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Addis Ababa

Delicious coffee! Coffee roasting as a passion and art! Last week, we went to YA Coffee with the intention to try some coffee and buy some roasted beans. We found them through google and the the previous ratings gave us some confidence that this artisanal roastery produces good coffee. Initially, my girlfriend and I, we tried different coffees (different roastings/ grades) and were already about to buy some beans and to leave. But luckily Dagmawi and Sara (the 2 founders & onwners) of YA Coffee arrived at the shop. Both were so kind to introduce us to their world of coffee production. In the end we spent there almost 3 hours, which we really enjoyed. Dagmawi and Sara really have a passion for coffee and like to share it. Their passion goes far beyond the taste, they have a business philosophy with sutainability and personal development as core values. After several cups of coffee (including newly created blends), we bought several kilos for us and our families (as gifts).
