The Hot Bread Kitchen Raiwaqa — Restaurant in Central

The customer service at Hot Bread Kitchen, Damodar City Suva, is consistently HORRENDOUS. Almost every single visit, I am met with zero acknowledgment—no smile, no ‘Bula,’ nothing. Even when I greet the staff politely, they ignore me. On one occasion, the lady serving me even rolled her eyes at my greeting. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly disgusting behavior. Management needs to urgently train the staff in basic customer service and respect. I want to make it clear that this review is ONLY for the Damodar City branch, as I have never experienced such rudeness or discrimination at other branches...

I'm not satisfied with the quality of the buns for their cream buns at Foodtown Supermarket building in Valelevu. I bought a dozen on Mothers Day and this morning too and found out the buns don't seem that fresh like b4. If not for the cream that they are famous for l would say these are yesterday's leftover buns. Come on Hot Bread you need to give your customers quality cream buns that cost over $10 for a dozen. I've had cream buns from your first shop that used to be at Harbour Centre n l know the quality of your cream buns has definitely changed not...

Which HBK specifically? Being a USP student, we have two branches at our disposal. One on campus and another across the road at Damodar city. Yep. Blessed we are. You can never have too many HBK branches in the world and mann do they deliver. Cheese buns, sausage rolls, whole meal loaves and buns, cakes and sandwiches, you name it. And there's a homey feeling to the one here in school because of its seating area and the warmth emanating from the baking area. Hmmm....
