One of the Worst Meals I’ve Ever Had – Lunchbox Has Gone Downhill

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent experience with Lunchbox was so unbelievably bad that I feel compelled to warn others. I ordered what was supposed to be a meal – burger, fries, and a drink. What I got was a complete disaster.

The burger was, without exaggeration, a joke. Tasteless, dry, and slapped together with what looked and tasted like week-old lettuce. It had no flavor, no effort, and no care put into it at all. It was the kind of burger that makes you wonder if anyone in the kitchen even tasted what they’re serving customers.

To make things worse, the “meal” didn’t include any fries – the one thing you’d expect to be reliable. No explanation, no apology, just… missing. The drink didn’t even come with a straw. It's like they forgot how to do the basics.

What’s especially disappointing is that Lunchbox used to be good. Their burgers had flavor, quality ingredients, and at least a bit of pride behind them. Now it just feels like they’re cutting corners at every turn and no one cares anymore. It’s clear that the standards have completely fallen apart.

I left that meal hungry, frustrated, and feeling ripped off. I absolutely would not recommend Lunchbox to anyone at this point. Save your money and your stomach – there are far better places that still care about the...

They have a number one service and the food is really delicious... but I would like to request the staff please don't throw the clean leftover food... you can give that to the people on the streets... just yesterday I saw them throwing the leftover pizza in the garbage.. bro you could just pack in a clean box and give that to the homeless or you could have given that to the street dogs rather than throwing in the garbage... there are still people in the world starving and there are people starving in our country aswell .... feed the poor and do not waste food...

As a visitor to Labasa, I am let down by this restaurant. Upon my last visit in 2020, when this place was smaller, the service and food was so good and we looked forward to returning.

Upon returning today, we are met by unfriendly and unbothered staff, ripoff prices and sub-par food. Toilets are unclean and it's a general let down.

Upon my next visit, I am not coming here, and I suggest that you should also consider other options.
