Awesome for a drink, awful for a pizza (really poor quality price ratio) Amazing view with kind team, definitely worth it for the sunset. But when it came to pizza that’s different… we saw good reviews about the pizzas so I went for it, what a wrong choice! I chose the slice of heaven with cheese (not part of initial ingredients but proposed as an extra), it rather looked like a slice of fat only with cheese. I went to the bar to give our order (because nobody came), the guy noted and repeated my order (drink and food) then I returned to the bar because the drinks were not coming after 30 minutes, and then we saw everyone being served before us for the same kind of dish so we asked again and they just forgot (while being sorry and kind so ok) but eventually came the pizza (15-20 minutes after the other dish) and it was just a huge layer of cheese on a pie. It was honestly one of the worst pizza I have ever tasted, I guess the chief has changed since the previous reviews because the new one should have been deprived of sense of taste to send that from the kitchen… and the quality price ratio is very poor: FJD40 for that. I don’t like to waste so I did my best to finish it while removing some cheese (2nd pic is only cheese) after having eaten one or two slices. Positive point for the specials, my wife had a fish curry and it was really good but still expensive compared to other places (FJD40). To sum up, take a drink, enjoy the view (amazing but could be found in other places), and I won’t recommend it for the dinner (except if there are major changes that we are not aware of), because of i) very long waiting time, and...

Because of its location on a hill, it offers some of the best views of the sunset compared to anywhere else on Taveuni.
There was a board hanging on the wall of the restaurant with a listing of taxi drivers and their phone numbers. If you call a taxi driver named Naz you'll have a great experience. She's reasonably priced. She'll drive you to sight seeing destinations and wait for you to enjoy your stop and then drive you back to your hotel.
The food served here is bit overpriced for average food.
While we understand that Fiji has plenty of insects, this restaurant should do a better job of keeping insects off the table. We lost some of our appetite when we were initially seated at a table that was covered with ants. They did move us to a different table.
Finally, be careful about the water in Fiji. The servers at this restaurant told us the water they served us was filtered but we don't think it was because my wife became...
Read more100% a vibe - one of the few restaurants on Taveuni that isn't tied to a resort and easily one of the best we ate at our whole Fiji trip.
The staff are exceptional here, they are willing to work with you on the chalkboard menu and create whatever you'd like to enjoy- for us it was a garlic butter lobster grilled and served whole. We also had some amazing fish and chips, as well as some Ika Va'lolo that was succulent and flavorful.
The view makes this place pretty much unmatched and I cannot recommend it enough.
They even went above and beyond - my phone took an ocean dip and when my resort didn't have a hairdryer or rice the chef in the kitchen gave me a massive bag of rice to dry my phone out in - and didn't want to charge me!
Go for the food, the service, and the view. It's beyond...
