Olive Tree Nasoso — Restaurant in Western

Went there last night for Valentine's dinner with my wife. We waited for almost 30 mins before a waitress came running to take our order. We had to tell her to get us a menu first. We ordered an appetizer, 2 drinks, and our separate dishes. Appetizer never arrived for the 2 HOURS we were there. My wife's food arrived around 30mins after the order was placed. By the time mine arrived, she had almost finished eating otherwise her meal would have gotten cold. I had to run around and look for cutlery because the waitress who served our food forgot 😒

The whole point of having a meal together as a couple is to eat TOGETHER.

A note to the management - if you run a restaurant, please understand: Couples would like to eat TOGETHER. Special occasions mean more customers so prepare accordingly. Appetizer comes BEFORE the main meal. Staff should be willing to apologise if the customer is unhappy about the poor service, not stare stubbornly at us 😤

We enjoyed having our meal at Olive Tree Nasoso. The wait staff were excellent, and the environment was very comfortable and cool. However, the food was quite late, and it came sporadically. I didn't enjoy my casava wedges as it was mashed and oily, wr ordered 3x Pumpkin soup only x2 were warm, the other seemed to have been sitting on the counter for a while and it was very creamy, delicious for some but not for me. Today I just had Spicy Mexican Grilled Lamb. The last time I was here was last week after which I have rated this location unhygienic. But today! What a DIFFERENCE.
