Burger King Oulunkylä — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Harvoin näitä tulee kirjoitettua, mutta nyt on pakko kerta kahdesti on osattu kusta tilaus. Lyhyesti, tällä ravintolalla on suuri ongelma saada tilaukset oikein ja autokaistan jonotus on keskimäärin todella pitkä.

2020, Huhtikuun alussa pyörähdettiin tämän ravintolan autokaistan kautta. Tilaustolpalta maksuun meni n. 15 minuuttia jonossa ja vielä parkissa toiset 15 minuuttia, eli yhteensä koko tapahtuma oli n. 30 minuuttia, ehkä jopa vähän yli, ei todellakaan mikään mallisuoritus.. kaukana siitä. Tilasimme 2x Chicken Summer BBQ Whopper ateriaa (yksi hamppari ilman tomaattia) ja 2x Orea shakea. Kotona huomasimme, että tilaus oli mennyt aivan väärin (saimme jonkun toisen tilauksen), saimme yhden perus lihawhopperin, perus kanawhopperin, 6 sipulirengasta ja 6 chili cheese bitesia... Molemmissa hampurilaisissa oli tomaatti, joten allekirjoittanut jätti kyseiset burgerit syömättä allergian takia, kiitos tästä. Teimme reklamaation, johon vastattiin ja päätimme kokeille uudelleen.

25 Huhtikuuta 2020, toinen mahdollisuus... Autokaistalla meni yhteensä ehkä se 15 minuuttia, ei hyvä, mutta hyväksyttävä tulos ja selvä parannus edelliseen. Tilasimme 1x Summer BBQ Whopper (Nauhalihapihvi, ei tomaattia), 2x uusia halloumiranskalaisia, 2x orea shakea. Aika simppeli tilaus niinkuin edellinenkin, mutta nähtävästi olisi pitänyt tarkistaa koko tilaus ihan käärepapereita myöten ja hampparin välistä. Kotona huomattiin, että siellä hampurilaisen välissä oli se helvetin tomaatti. Sentään tilaus meni jotenkin oikein, mutta edelleenkin jäi allergikolta syömättä. Kiitos tästä Burger King Oulunkylä, en varmasti tule ravintolaanne, teillä on vakava ongelma ja olette saaneet kaksi mahdollisuutta. Enää ei ymmärrystä tipu. Kiitos.

English: I hardly ever write these, but since this has been TWO total f* up on epic proportions I have to say: STAY AWAY. The restaurant has a huge problem to get the orders right and the drive-through takes forever.

First incident on the start of May 2020. It took over 15 minutes to order and pay and extra 15 minutes to wait for our order, so overall wait time 30 minutes in total. Now, once we got home... We got the wrong order. We ordered 2x Chicken Summer BBQ Whopper meals (one without tomato) and 2x Oreo shakes. What we got? Somebody elses order with basic beef whopper and chicken whopper (both had tomato), 6 onion rings and 6 chili cheese bites. Now for someone who has allergies for tomato, that sucked. We complained and got a fast response, so kudos to that and we decided to give the restaurant another shot.

25th of May 2020, second chance... Drive-thru took overall 15 minutes, which is acceptable, but not great. We ordered 1x Summer BBQ Whopper without a tomato (Beef version, decided now I'll finally give it a try), 2x new Halloumi cheese fries, 2x oreo shakes.. And oh boy, should've checked the order, it was f*d again. Yes, we got what we wanted, but the freaking burger which I wanted, which I ordered had the effing tomato in it. So, no go for the burger... AGAIN. So, in this case, you've lost a customer,...

Once again the halloumi burger had bits of beef burger on it. I am a vegetarian! The quality control and grill cleaning must be awful at best.

I guess it's my fault for giving them a 2nd chance after it happened last year - there were bits of beef inside and outside the burger and I returned it and I was so repulsed that I couldn't eat a replacement so was offered my money back. Which was a poor attempt as resolving the issue. But I digress. I do not see...

Not the quickest place to get a bite, but the food is so good. The self-service ordering system isn't very intuitive but at least you don't have to queue to be able to place your order, which is nice. All tables have electricity outlets which is convenient if you're running out of battery on your device and happen to have a charger with you. The location of this restaurant is a bit odd, in the same building with some industrial type...
