Burger King — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Firstly, the pros: (1) the food was good, (2) you can take the soft drinks as much as you want, (3) you can get all the burgers with a gluten free bun, and (3) the loudness of music was pleasantly low. Secondly, the cons: (1) the level of tidiness was not very good, (2) the speed of service was very slow, and (3) the size of the french fries portion that came with a meal was ridiculously small.

So, I ordered a meal. Waited for a long time. Got a burger that was quite cold. Got only something like 10 fries. Ate them right away. Wanted more. Went and ordered more fries. But ended up eating the burger with no fries because it took ages to prepare the extra fries I orderd. Once I had eaten the burger I still had to wait for the fries. Almost left without them fries. Pretty much a failed experience.

The young people who were working in this burger joint were working all the time. This restaurant has a drive in so they have to prepare a lot of orders constantly. We have been few times, good customer service only one girl/woman she is not good always choosing customers, she thinks she is a beautiful woman but she is not, she should better look at herself before judging others or customers. She looks like a foreigner woman, I think she need to go for a better training or back to school. We like that place the only thing is that woman who is pissing us off but rest of the employees are ok. They should use Gloves and hand hygiene for food safety, touching machines, money or cards then go back to touch french fries, I saw once one woman she touched with her hand french fries. First time in over many years in Finland that I tried this, l am used to the USA Burger king quality and service, WAS I WRONG. Better than other American based chains? NO!.
