Amazing place in a small city called Lohja 50km (45 min drive) west of Helsinki. It can’t get more personal with max 8 seats and only one menu at offer. Seasonally changing menu and all made only out of local products. Pure natural tastes throughout at very high quality and well prepared. The rye bread with some butter is simply heaven. Sit down, relax and enjoy! Also unusual great wines selected with care and sold in Finnish measures at affordable prices out from excellent Riedel glasses. Very good gourmet restaurant in Lohja. Excellent menu based on local ingredients, awesome wines to go with the food, Mikko really cares about the right combinations with the food. Menu changes with the seasons. There's only 8 places and you're seated in a row, so we prefer to book a whole seating with friends. If you go as a couple or smaller group you will be seated with strangers, in Finland this can be a bit silent, if you're not...

Hieman erilaista fine diningia! Ruoka sinänsä yksinkertaista paikallisista raaka-aineista. Ja mitä tarkoitan "erilaisella hienostoruualla"? Ei pinaatin lehdet öljyssä paistettuna ole sitä fine diningia mutta kumma kyllä, nekin saatiin todella hyvän makuisiksi. Huolella mietittyä ja makuparit ajateltua ruokaa, jossa on vielä tarina yleensä höysteenä. Erityiskehu viinivalikoimalle! Uskaltaisin väittää, että kyseessä on Suomen paras ravintola viinien suhteen! Viinit myydään ilman katetta ja se kyllä näkyy. Aivan loistavia ja laadukkaita viinejä tolkulliseen hintaan. Vielä kun lisää sen, että viinit ovat "käsin valittuja" pientuottajilta, niin nautinto on täydellinen. Pieni ravintola tuo myös hyvän kokemuksen.
