The food is more than what you would expect from a finnish cafeteria, way better than the average Unicafè. The personnel are very friendly and they always give a good vibe to the lunch break. I really appreciate that from time to time they cook some intriguing recipes, my personal favourite is the taiwanese-style chicken. On a negative note, I wouldn't recommend anything involving pasta (always overcooked) and the very sad rice that is always there next to the potatoes.
