Pancho Villa — Restaurant in Jyväskylä sub-region

They literally ruined Valentine's Day for us. We asked for a food delivery, the restaurant manager and the person who answered the phone were VERY RUDE. We asked for food delivery for our favorite special menu through Wolt, and they refused to make it for delivery, unless "We could pick it up", which we stated that WE CANNOT PICK IT UP, that's why we're asking for food delivery.

They told us to choose something else through Wolt or go pick it up if we want that certain item.

Very sassy and rude attitude. Just giving a tone the whole phone call.

Don't recommend. Never eat here. Kinda sad, because Pancho Villa used to be a really good restaurant. The food has always been great, but the way the customers are treated is not worth a single penny. I'd rather spend more money somewhere else, even if the quality of the food would be a bit worse, but at least I'd get treated well and with respect as a...

Food is great and the meals are good sized, there's plenty of food but not absurd amounts. Menu has lots of different options for salads, hamburgers and other meals. There's also a good selection of drinks.

Service is great and fast, everytime the wait has been shorter than expected. Atmosphere is good, nothing really special considering it's in the middle of the mall but at least better than average.

Price point is little higher than average hamburger place, but quality is several magnitudes higher. I'd say it's really worth paying the...

It's a nice place for some burgers or other meals, I wish there was a (bit more) salad on the side though. One thing I do want to emphasize is that they perfectly handle families with toddlers - our boy got a nice seat and could eat at the bench. We ordered a small kids sized meal and he loved it. The plastic opaque sheets between the sitting corners made me giggle at first, typical Finns again, but I actually loved and appreciated the privacy.
