Lara Kebab & Pizza — Restaurant in Lappeenranta sub-region

We used to have good experiences with this place, but unfortunately, they completely ruined our Valentine’s Day. We ordered our usual pizza with the same toppings we've had before—always great in the past. However, this time, the pizza was unexpectedly spicy. Since I can't eat spicy food and our child doesn’t like it either, we couldn’t enjoy it.

My husband went back to get a new pizza, expecting at least some understanding. Instead of offering a discount or replacement, they insisted that the pickles were spicy and that it was our fault for not knowing. But here’s the thing—the "pickles" this time looked exactly like jalapeños, which is not what we've received before.

Sadly, this was our last time ordering from here. Mistakes happen, but good customer service means acknowledging them and making it right. Disappointing...

Kyseinen ravintola ollut meidän perheen suosikkipaikka siitä lähtien kun ravintola perustettiin. Nyt viimeisin tilaus oli täys floppi, onkohan kokki vai omistaja vaihtunut? Ruuat oli ennen tehty oikeasti laadukkaista raaka-aineista jakaikki oli todella hyvin tehty. Nyt saimme samanlaiset surulliset läpyskät kun perus kebab ravintolasta. Ensinnäkin kaikki olivat normikokoisia lättyjä vaikka tilattiin yksi perhepizza. Oreganoa oli niin paljon pitsan päällä, että ei maistanut muuta kuin sitä. Radan pizza ollut aina ikuinen suosikki, nyt sekin pilattu, smetanaa ei ollut nimeksikään ja pitsan ulkonäkö oli kauniisti sanottuna hyvin luotaan poistyöntävä. En voi enää suositella, ennen kehuin kaikille. Etsimme toisen...
