Kudos to the staff at Hesburger Prisma leihlati for being great in the service to their customers. After eating there, We throw the foodwaste to the thrash bin (as we normally do after eating) and to our mishap, We also throw an important papers together with the foodwaste into the thrash bin. We are already at home when I remember that i put inside these papers into the food package. To my nervous we called the Prisma Hesburger to tell them our bad situation, so glad that they made actions to the thrash bin right away by covering it so that no more customers Will Put garbage on it. While the service here is friendly, and the food is ok, the seating area is never clean. We come here often when visiting Prisma, and I can honestly say we’ve never been able to find a clean table or chair at which to have our meal. The floors are also always full of waste and sticky. If it weren’t so convenient when grocery shopping, I don’t think...

Hesburgerin asiakastilat ovat melko pienet ja jaettu Siipiweikot Mini -ravintolan kanssa, joten sisällä leijailee usein vahva siipikastikkeen ja etikan haju. Suosittelen harkitsemaan, haluaako syödä paikan päällä vai ottaa ruoan mukaan. Kätevintä on tilata annos Hesburger-sovelluksesta tai ravintolan tiskiltä ja käydä sillä välin ruokakaupassa.

Hesburgerin ylisuuret pahvipillit sekä pahvinen juoman kansi ovat esimerkkejä ekologisuudesta, asiakkaiden käytettävyyden varjolla. Mikäli olisin tehnyt arvostelun 5 vuotta sitten, olisin kehunut ravintolaa, ruokia ja hinnoittelua. Ruoka on edelleen perus Hesburgerin tasoista, mutta hinnat ovat pilvissä ja nykyiset kuponkitarjoukset naurettavia.
