Rien a dire juste parfait, un foie gras juste délicieux avec cette petite confiture de champagne de rosé de saignée, une pintade farcie au foie gras champignons sauce champagne c'est juste whaou et pour final le dessert que dire du dessert c'est juste un régal une charlotte champenoise.
