Not a place you would normally find without knowing where to look, though highly recommended! The brothers who own and run this place are very passionate about how this is done. About the traditional Corsican. But without being snobby about it. The dishes they serve are mainly traditional Corsican, the "cave à vin" (which you can peek into from your table through the glass window in the floor) is loaded with pretty much every Corsican wine currently produced, the home made liqueurs are with local herbs and berries. Oh, and everything was fantastic! It is not just traditional on the expense of quality, quite the contrary! The quality is extremely high, effort, knowledge and passion is put in to everything from the kitchen as well as the cellar. And the view form the outdoor seating is...

Absolutely magnificent and everything I expected. The venue is nice and cosy with a very nice feel to it. I think the glass floor showing the cellar may have to do with it. The staff was particularly friendly and pleasant. And for the first time for me in France, they volunteered to talk in English. I personally went for the set menu, which meant trying some of the house wine, which was delicious. The food itself was just what I expected. A French culinary experience with a Corsican touch. Whilst I was full by dessert, the chocolate gateau was refreshing and so smooth I couldn’t help myself. Overall, fantastic experience and very much...

Outstanding food and service :-) we were so stunned about this restaurant that we visited it twice during our stay in the area and even have chosen it for our last day of vacation dinner. I could write a long review but let’s keep it simple…we loved everything about this place and if you have the chance GO THERE (reservation is necessary, likely to be fully booked quickly). Thanks to the team for those beautiful two dinners making our vacation even...
