La Parmigiana della Madonna — Restaurant in Ajaccio

Sorry to ruin the party of many stars here, but it is the first restaurant here in Corsica, or even in France that disappointed me 😔. We had a reservation trough TheFork for 19:00, but the funny thing the restaurant opens at 19:30 😅 . The draught Morrety bear was the best, the food not so much. I had the truffle pasta which was a huge disappointment for the 18€ it costs. I’m not a chef or something, but had to eat a lot in restaurants for the last few month, and I can tell that this wasn’t the best experience, ind It was definitely not he first time I got out...

Very nice atmosphere and delicious food and wine! We had lovely italian beer, the burrata with pesto and tomato for starter, and pasta from parmigiana wheel with gorgonzola and one with truffle, amazing taste and big portions!...

Nous avons passé un excellent moment au restaurant La Parmigiana della Madonna. Les pâtes à la truffe et au gorgonzola flambées à la meule étaient tout simplement excellentes! Les portions sont extrêmement généreuses (même en étant un gros gourmand, j’ai eu du mal à finir mon assiette !), et les prix sont très abordables. Le Spritz est également très bon, servi dans un grand verre, ce qui permet d'en profiter pleinement. Le tiramisu traditionnel était également délicieux.
