Le Trepeloup — Restaurant in Alès

We went to this restaurants three times... each time we were disappointed by something in every single dish.

Today I ordered pasta... just simple bolonese pasta... thought I'd be safe with that... Never have I been more wrong. One look at my plate ( not tasting it yet) i saw that the pasta was waaaaay overcooked. Second look, where is the sauce?? Three spoons of sauce for all of that? I thought at maybe the at least the pasta wasn't as overcooked as it looked... once again proven WRONG. Basicaly I ate 'something' ( I can not call that pasta...) with no taste what so ever... No need to say I didn't quit enjoy my dinner.

My dad had orderer something else, and he had a dessert with his dish. But once it was time for the dessert, my dad simply said he would already pay for the rest, and that we order him his ice cream... so he had already PAID for it. Then the waitres come and say that we can't have dessert anymore, because my dad has already paid.

Besides the food, the waitresses (besides two) are barelly polite. The even dare to insult animals that came with the clients ( most of the clients are from the camping in which the restaurant is).

Je suis alle dans cet etablissement hier soir avec ma compagne cela faisait un bon moment que je n y etais pas alle Comme a son habitude resto tres sympa personnel au top cuisine excellente Je remercie toute l equipe et vous dis a bientôt Je n ai pas pu remettre un autre avis Vu que nous etions ravis de ce restaurant nous y sommes retournes Vendredi 09 Aout ou nous avons repasses un ex excellent moment grace s lz xympathiede l equipe et nois nous sommes ine fois de plus regales pat la saveur des plats servis avec une tres belle presentation et beaucoup de professionnalisme.J ai fait part de ma satisfaction au responsable de l etablissement qui a eu l extreme gentillesse de me presenter les deux chefs cuisine Damien Yannis et hne petite demoiselle Bravo a tous les trois et merci encore a toute l equipe et surtout A BIENTOT NE...

Stood and waited for and hour and a half only to be yelled at when I for the third time asked where my pizza is......when I finally got my food I raced home to a hungry family only to find out the order was wrong...two vegetarians got two sausage pizza's, thumbs down...
