Stopped here for lunch because of the good reviews but was very disappointed. Great atmosphere but a lot of problems with the food and service.
We ordered a bottle of prosecco and it took about 20 minutes to arrive, and it was warm, and they wasted some of it because it exploded when they opened it. They didn't bring us any glasses for the prosecco straight away either.
The spaghetti was overdone and mushy. The waiter got the wrong sides for 3 of our 4 mains (they brought chips instead of dauphinoise), so we had to send them back to the kitchen which meant the steaks were lukewarm when they came back out again. Finally the steaks were overdone and chewy, with that sawdust-like texture where you have to put a shift in to chew them to the point where you can actually swallow.
We only go out for one meal on the mountain in the week and very much regret wasting it...

Immediately after entering the restaurant, we were captivated by the decor inside. From the wooden floor to the burning fireplace and all the way to the chandelier on the ceiling, everything is beaming with a cozy cabin vibe.
We (group of 7) came in around noon just before the lunch rush hours and had no issues finding a table. The place does get pretty busy so keep that in mind.
I order a croustillante salad and was great! The croustillantes were made super crispy filled with cheese and sweet jam. The salad was mixed with walnuts and ham which was perfect to fill you up. The pastas looked great also. Will need to come back to try that! 😉
Overall great lunch spot on...
