My Complaint About the Poor Treatment I Received at the Restaurant
I went skiing on a stormy day with strong winds and decided to enter a mountain restaurant to use the restroom, as is customary in such places. Before me, several men had arrived, taken off their skis, and entered the restaurant solely to use the restroom. All of them were allowed inside without issue.
When I tried to enter as well, a man suddenly jumped in front of me and asked, "Do you want to sit inside?" I replied that I was only going in to use the restroom. He then reprimanded me in a very rude tone: "This is private property. Do you think anyone other than restaurant clients can use the restrooms here?" I pointed out that four men who were not guests of the restaurant had just entered before me. He raised his voice even further and said in an even nastier tone: "Either order something or leave immediately!"
I have been skiing in this area for several years and have never encountered such terrible service from anyone. If you prohibit outsiders from using the restrooms, put up a sign stating so. Read moreWe had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. First, the food was not up to standard. We ordered duck, and it was severely undercooked, to the point where it was inedible and was impossible to chew it. When we brought this up with the waiter, he just took the plate without saying anything. Then we asked for the manager. Instead of addressing our concern, the staff began to argue with us, insisting that the duck was supposed to be like that.
To make matters worse, the manager came over, and rather than resolving the issue professionally, he was screaming at us. Even the bartender came over, acting aggressively and looking ready to fight us! The entire interaction left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. The lack of professionalism from both the staff and management completely ruined our experience. We will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this...
Read moreI have never received such rude service in all of the years I’ve been traveling. Waited two hours plus for food to be then told we were in the wrong because they were busy. I have no issue waiting but to be given no clue that the wait was so long before ordering is simply disgusting, to blatantly observe people being served before us even though they arrived after us was also pretty poor.
