L'arbé restaurant — Restaurant in Albertville

11 of us booked a meal here tonight, walked in and they they all just looked at us like we were not welcome.

We sat down and waited for everyone, all seemed ok until we received our meal, we ordered steak and it was very chewy and fatty we had to return it! Only to be brought the same steak out again! We advised we didn’t want it and ordered another cut of beef! This time it was nice..we ordered a sweet and then asked for the bill.

They charged for the steak we returned! When we questioned this to the waitress she snatched the bill from my partner so rudely I couldn’t believe what she did!! (tartan skirt waitress) needs to learn some manners and some customer service!! Between 11 of us our bill was over €450 and this is how they treat the customers!! Cheap food and cheap unprofessional...

Les Allues was there before the 3 valleys resorts , L'arbe is a bonified authentic Savoie restaurant , the prices represent excellent value for the region and the food is fantastic . Only a bus ride from the resort/village we go every year and are never disappointed , on one ski trip as a large party our dinner for 12 came to half the price of a dinner for the same party in one of the resort restaurants . I'm in love with this place! Seriously, we had an amazing time there with my friends. The prices are so good, whereas the restaurant is located in one of the most expensive ski stations in Europe. I ordered as they call ''la côte de bœuf'', with some French fries and an awesome pepper sauce. It was a lovely moment eating it. The waitress also was a lovely person.
