Absolutely superb! Stick with the red run (if I managed it others will!) and eat here. We didn’t book and fortunately were squeezed in. Add to this and we’d left it a tad late to get back to Tignes. Service staff couldn’t have been more hospitable both of our no booking and the fact that we were in a slight rush… Food was absolutely superb. This is one of my favorite Restaurants of all time, I've been to Val D'isere three times over the last two years, and every time I've been to Edeweiss at least three times, great location, fantastic food for its location (as in brilliant food, consistently good), staff are always there to help, obviously they get quite stressed as its such a busy place, which is understandable. But I'm going back again in March this year and literally can not wait to be sat out in the sun enjoying a great meal...

This restaurant is on the outskirt of the skiing area in Val d'Isere but it is certainly worth the effort of getting there. I ate there 3 times in the week I was skiing there and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken breast was the most tender and socculent I have ever had! The sauce with it was mind-blowing as well!
