Restaurant La Moutière — Restaurant in Albertville

If it was possible to put 0 stars I would have. Everything was terrible from the cold food to the fact that they knew they were not able to quickly get meals to everyone. They knew no sun would be there when we would get our meals but never said it to us. Our drinks froze as well as one of our meal never arriving.

This was the WORST EVER place i ever ate to.

I leaved before waiting for my family to finish as I was freezing and wasn't able to feel my hands to EAT.

Edit: you are not responsible for the weather but you are responsible for telling us you KNEW the sun wouldn't be up when our meal would arrive and you KNEW it wouldn't be a good experience for everyone. Your staff also was freezing which showed how...

I was shocked! Not about the food, but about the service. The waiter (woman) was absolutely rude and mentally unstable. We came here for lunch, took some drinks and meals in the beginning and continuously read the menu for more meals. She came several times every single minute and repeatedly demanded to leave if at least one of us didn't eat and doesn't matter that we were still eating and drinking here. We wanted to have lunch at restaurant La Moutière, but unfortunately, our experience was not a pleasant due to the unprofessional and discourteous behavior of one of the waitresses. Despite having ordered a selection of drinks, she repeatedly approached our table with an unreasonable demand that everyone needed to be constantly ordering food, even though we were actively engaged in reading the menu.
