A surprisingly good meal on an evening when most restaurants were closed. We had seats looking into the kitchen, a room of calm efficiency and fascinating watching dishes being cooked and assembled to the pass. A lovely Michelin guide restaurant which we booked ahead for lunch. The menu du jour was €31 for 3 courses and good range of dishes. The food was delicious and fresh, with large portions, and good selection of wine. There was a lovely amuse bouche to start the meal.
