LA GRANDE BOULANGERIE — Restaurant in Annecy

Ridiculously long queues and extremely slow and useless customer service. Don't care about customers standing in the queues which long outside outside of bakery. They slow flirting with customers have only 2 mashines to get the payment and there is always a mess to get payment done. I've been there 2 two times was stuck in the queue for 20 mins each time with the same behaviour of the service team. Food is good but not that good to wait for 20 min especially team makes no effort to serve customers fast. Switched to the boulangerie opposite of Carrefour absolutely happy with the service and the food...

Absolutely first class boulangerie the food is very good quality, hence the almost constant que. And extra stars for the most polite serving staff, the young lady who served me was very patient and supportive a kindness not always seen these busy days. One of the best bakeries on that side of the lake. Very good choice of breads and pastries. They were out of special breads by 9am though every time i went there. Not sure if it was due to the success... go early if you need them. Accessible from the bicycle path so you have no excuse to...
