We arrived 11:45 but as the kitchen only opened at noon we instead got some of their ready-made salads and drinks. But when we went outside to sit down at their tables we were told that we weren't allowed to sit there. EDIT: According to the owner's answer below this was because of their rule that takeout food isn't allowed to be eaten at the restaurant--this despite the fact that we had initially tried to order dine-in food but were refused due to being 15 minutes early.
There were at least 8 free tables, and our group included an 80-year-old and a baby. We ended up eating the food on the parking lot next to the restaurant.

Read moreAmatrice de sushis. J'en ai beaucoup testé, notamment pendant mes études sur lyon où je croyais avoir trouvé le meilleur de tous les sushis. Mais ça c'était avant de découvrir sushi fumi... Qui aurait imaginé un si bon sushi au milieu de nos Montagnes ?? Frais, généreux, délicats, goûtus, saumon fondant, présentation soignée, réduction de plastique! Absolument rien à redire sur la qualité, un vrai régale à chaque fois ! Le tarif en revanche est me semble-t-il trop élevé. Est ce le prix à payer pour avoir de la qualité ? Par sûre... J'apprécierai quelques gestes pour le consommateur: carte de fidélité, remise sur le emporté, petite remise si on ne prend pas de sauces ou de baguettes ou même si on vient avec notre propre plat pour éviter les déchets. Je viendrais alors sûrement encore plus souvent.
