Horrible system to take reservations, with multiple phone numbers. When we got there, he said they didn't have our reservation, and no one answered when I kept calling closer to the time to make sure. They told me they were busy. Even though I left messages and he didn't even care to check. He told me I was "screwed" and there's nothing they could do. His co-worker had to come and apologized finally and told us to comeback 45 mins-1hour later. There is nothing special about this place as far as the menu options so go elsewhere and find the same. The tables are very cramped as the other reviewer said, so watch out during cold and flu season! Unfortunately, a nearby customer spilled wine on my partner, prompting laughter from the owner instead of an apology or assistance. Read moreUN AUTÉNTICO DESASTRE. Todo empezó cuando llamé para reservar a las 20:00h. Me dijeron que tenía que ser a las 19;30 o a las 21:15 (Al parecer hay dos turnos). El local tiene más mesas que metros cuadrados, he comido codo con codo con el comensal de la mesa de al lado. Nos han tardado 30 minutos en tomar nota y otros 40 en servir la comida, un total de 1 hora y diez para comer un plato de patatas con bacon y queso, que la verdad que estaba bueno pero un disparate tener que pagar 20€ por ello. Lo peor de todo ha sido la actitud de los camareros (parece que no les importan sus clientes). Desde que hemos entrado la camarera ha sido borde con nosotros y evitando la mirada hacia nosotros todo el rato, como si no le importaramos. Tenían una música electrónica bastante alta que no resultaba nada agradable para estar cenando. Hemos pedido que la bajarán ya que estábamos sentados al lado del altavoz y no nos hicieron caso tuvimos que volver a insistirles en que la bajaran. Y para rematar la faena yo estaba sentado al lado de la maquina de café y tenía que soportar un desagradable ruido cada vez que un cliente pedía un café. (No puedes tener a una persona comiendo al lado de una máquina tan ruidosa.).
