What a great find!

We spent four nights in Cauterets and chose Qin Te Va for one of our meals and it was delicious. The menu is small (3 or 4 starters, mains and deserts) but was absolutely delicious.

They didn't have the chicken dish but made a vegetarian dish for my son who is slightly picky with his food and that was lovely.

Très bonne table et très bonne surprise dans ce restaurant un peu à l'écart du centre de Cauterets. Nous y sommes allés deux fois durant nos vacances. L'équipe est jeune, sympathique et très professionnelle. En ce début de saison, on nous a proposé des menus decouverte et l'inspiration du chef était bonne (ce soir, tartare de truite, échine de porc, mousse au chocolat) Les produits étaient de qualité et leur préparation excellente, très travaillée et sans chichis.
