Lâhomme a littĂ©ralement perdu son sang-froid : il a balancĂ© un siĂšge bĂ©bĂ© en plein milieu de lâallĂ©e alors quâil plaçait 4 nouveaux clients, et sâest lancĂ© dans un numĂ©ro théùtral dâun grotesque achevĂ©. Sachant, par le biais de deux anciens employĂ©s, Ă quel point cet individu est imbu de lui-mĂȘme et malhonnĂȘte, nous nâavons pas Ă©tĂ© surpris. Nous pouvons dĂ©sormais ajouter Ă la liste quâil est impoli et totalement dĂ©pourvu de professionnalisme.
Pour mĂ©moire, monsieur : en France, on ne traite ni sa clientĂšle, ni ses employĂ©s, comme du bĂ©tail. Votre hypocrisie mâa mise mal Ă lâaise au moment du paiement tant elle transpirait lâartifice. Mais rassurez-vous : je reviendrai. Et cette fois, je choisirai ma place moi-mĂȘme â si, bien entendu, Son Altesse daigne lâautoriser.

Votre rĂ©ponse agressive ne fait que confirmer lâattitude que nous avons malheureusement constatĂ©e sur place. Accuser de mensonge vos clients et les menacer de poursuites au lieu de chercher Ă comprendre est rĂ©vĂ©lateur dâun certain Ă©tat dâesprit. Les menaces ne prennent pas Monsieur.
Concernant la chaise, il suffit effectivement de visionner les camĂ©ras comme vous le proposez : vous verrez que câest moi qui lâai replacĂ©e calmement. Les quatre personnes que vous avez installĂ©es Ă cĂŽtĂ© de nous lorsque vous nous avez fait une scĂšne, ont dâailleurs Ă©tĂ© choquĂ©es de votre comportement, et en tout, nous sommes sept Ă lâavoir constatĂ©.
Quant Ă notre changement de table, une serveuse a bien Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venue. Nous nous sommes assis Ă une table de six pour commander des boissons dans des conditions plus supportables, et non pour âvous dĂ©fierâ. LâatmosphĂšre dans la salle Ă©tait trĂšs lourde, rester collĂ©s Ă une baie vitrĂ©e alors que le restaurant Ă©tait vide, cela ne faisait pas sens.
Enfin, afficher mon prĂ©nom et mon initiale est totalement inappropriĂ© (nâest ce pas X.L âșïž). Câest un manque de professionnalisme qui, ajoutĂ© au ton menaçant que vous employez, ternit un peu plus lâimage que votre Ă©tablissement donne de lui-mĂȘme.
LâexpĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© gĂąchĂ©e, en revanche, vous nâavez pas manquĂ© dâencaisser nos 80âŹ.

Lunchtime prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly, efficient and professional. I don't think they take bookings and the establishment is very popular so we make sure we're on site as soon as they open at noon.
