I recently dined at Alla Follia, an Italian restaurant that offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I tried several dishes, including the Regina pizza, Caprese , Burrata, and Tiramisu. The Burrata was creamy and fresh, absolutely delicious, and the Caprese salad had the perfect balance of ripe tomatoes and mozzarella, drizzled with a flavorful olive oil. The Tiramisu was also fantastic – rich, light, and indulgent with just the right amount of espresso flavor.
However, the Regina pizza didn’t quite live up to the other dishes. While it was tasty, the crust was a bit on the thicker side for my liking, and I felt like it could have used a bit more seasoning and sauce to balance the flavors. That said, it was still a decent choice, just not the standout.
The wine pairing was excellent, though. I had a glass of red that complemented the meal perfectly—it was rich and smooth, really elevating the experience.
