Le Bis — Restaurant in Autun

We have been passing by the city with sleepover and were struggling to find a restaurant for dinner. Le Bis was one of the few that came up with French cuisine. The owner (i assume?) doesn’t speak any english but we managed with google translate and had amazing dinner with great wine (on the picture), desert wine and even digestif (given to us for free by owner as a thank you). They have weekly menu and a la carte, but most dishes are the same. We took weekly 3 course menu which was only 19 euro per person. There was enough food and it all tasted amazing. Un restaurant certainement très sympa mais d'un point de vue commercial peu recommandable, on nous a offert un bon (en juillet 2023) pour y aller et nous sommes vu refuser l'utilisation de ce dernier sous prétexte que nous n'étions plus sur "l'exercice comptable 2023", donc un conseil n'offrez pas ça à Noël sinon c'est perdu dans les 5 jours.

Ce serait intelligent de noter une date de validité sur ce genre de bon Madame.

PS : Ne pouvant pas répondre je modifie mon commentaire. Mais bien sûr madame, quand on m'offre un bon cadeau avec 50 invités autour je retiens forcément que vous êtes la seule a pratiquer une politique de validité de 6 mois au lieu de 12. Après vérification il s'avère que vous ne soyez pas vraiment dans votre droit de refuser un bon sans aucune date de validité indiquer. (Vu l'affluence du restaurant le soir de notre venue je comprends mieux l'importance...
