McDonald's — Restaurant in Auxerre

Worst store ever. Only 2 people serving and there were about 15 people waiting. When we finally got our food, which took half an hour, food was cold. Fries had a horrible after taste and they were hard. We ordered sauces, we didn't get one, we were suppose to get 6. As for the kids meals, 2 toys were missing. The sad thing was that we were in a rush and got our food and rushed to the car and drove off, and couldn't go back to complain. One of the meal was €10, I felt this was very expensive for Mcdonald. Not complaining about queue as its lunchtime. Issue is waiting 15 minutes to place order only for other people to push in front without waiting their turn. 1 poor guy trying to guide lunchtime madness with several screens located in different directions.
