We went there last night after I made a booking via their website and also received a confirmation-e-mail. So far so good. :)
BUT: When we arrived and asked for a table they denied to have a booking. After showing their own confirmation-email they told me I should have called them for confirmation.
Then they didn't offer us a table instead they told us it's too late now anyways (Wednesday, 9 pm) and that they are closing soon.
So we had to look for another opportunity to dine somewhere. No offer of any sort of compensation for our inconvenience - nothing. Even if it would have been a voucher for 2 drinks or sth. But nothing? I'm really disappointed.
Get a grip on your own website, your booking-algorithm and also offer a solution if u want to keep customers coming back.
Usually I don't give bad ratings let alone just 1 star - but this behaviour and the lack of willingness to attract us as customer made me really felt not welcome aka pissed me off. And it wasn't right, guys.
So don't get me wrong: I can't say anything about the food.
